We’re launching our Real Estate Development Training Program. This series has been developed and curated by MSHDA Contractor Assistance Program instructors to educate contractors while further developing their skill set. Contractors will leave the series empowered to use the skills to grow their business. The MSHDA Contractor Assistance Program- Real Estate Development Training Program has been designed to meet the needs of emerging Real Estate Developers. 

We plan to address every major barrier that a Developer may face on their way to success.


The Real Estate Developers Program is free for anyone chosen to participate in the Contractors Assistance program!

Real Estate Developers will learn how to leverage their current network, as well as city, county, state, and local resources to develop and broaden their skill set. Through a carefully curated curriculum, students will learn:

construction workforce and help contractors and emerging developers to increase their capacity for larger

contracts and projects, including those who have faced barriers to equitably participate in the past.
